Our patient portal has a new look. You can still request medication refills and appointments as well as send us messages. It is a great way to get prompt attention. Give it a try!
Hospitals are needed when you are very sick but more and more things can be done to avoid going to the Hospital, Urgent Care or Emergency Room.
Come in for your regularly scheduled appointments! If you do start getting sick or have a condition that is getting worse, LET US KNOW. Some issues may be able to be handled over the phone, and we are also doing a lot to make sure you can come in for a same day appointment on days our office is open, if needed.
If you are not having a life-threatening problem, call our office during normal business hours, and you can either speak with a member of your care team, or we can usually schedule you with a same day appointment for urgent problems. After hours, you can contact Dr. Noah directly, and he can help you determine if your problem can wait until the next day our office is open, or give you advice on how to relieve your symptoms, and maybe avoid a trip to the emergency room.
If possible, bring a medication list with you. Let the admitting desk know that Dr. Noah is your primary care provider. We receive medical records electronically from many area hospitals but only if they know you are our patient. Call our office the day after you are discharged from the hospital or if you have visited ER or Urgent care and let us know if you need a follow up appointment at our office, or if you need help with scheduling an appointment with a specialist, questions about any instructions or any medication questions.
If your condition is life threatening, please go directly to the Emergency Room.
Did you know that we have morning and afternoon “same day” office visits? Please call us to see if you can be scheduled if you do get sick. And, some issues may be able to be handled over the phone!
Also, Dr. Noah is on call 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, if you need to call for something urgent. He can help determine if your problem can wait until the next day our office is open, or give you advice on how to relieve y our symptoms, and maybe avoid a trip to the emergency room.
Call our office at (269) 205-2900.
